When she lived in the Amazon, Rebekah became consciously aware that she was a part of Nature, not apart from it.
She realised that every action she took had either a positive or negative consequence on the world around her. Living in harmony with Nature made her feel balanced, calm, and truly alive.
When she returned to London, she felt deregulated, stressed, and anxious, and had to learn how to find harmony with Nature amidst the chaos of urban life.
