December - New Vision
Welcome to December
Theme of the Month: NEW VISION
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” - Carl Jung
As we step into the final month of 2025, we finally have the gift of hindsight.
This year of the snake, has been a powerful year of shedding old skin, releasing, and letting go of everything that is no longer aligned with our values, our principles, or our truth.
It is also a nine year, so this has been a timely process, in order to prepare us for the new cycle that starts in 2026. The Kogi from the Sierra Nevada in Colombia, also prophesied many years ago that the new cycle for humanity was going to start in the new year.
So, we’ve had to go through this process of letting go, but shedding can be painful. It can leave empty gaps where friendships, jobs, homes, and relationships once occupied.
Yet this clearing-out is an essential part of growth. It’s the thunderstorm that creates the spark for transformation, and it can often be violent and destructive.
It was the Thunderbolt card we pulled in April that first set us on this journey, guiding us into the monthly themes of 2025:
Thunderbolt (April)
Healing (May)
Self-love (June)
Success (July)
Morality (August)
No-thingness (September)
Flowering (October)
Ice-olation (November)
Working with these themes month by month has been profound. Personally, this deep dive has helped me navigate the year with more clarity, compassion, and perspective. and I’d love to know if, or how, it has helped you too.
It illuminated experiences that might otherwise have felt chaotic or confusing, helped me see things with more clarity, and gave me a different perspective on themes that are often viewed as negative.
Therefore, it feels beautifully fitting that we close the year, and the end of a cycle, with the New Vision card from the Osho Zen Tarot.
The New Vision card is asking us to let go of the past, and embrace the future with everything we have learnt from this year.
It is an important reminder that now you must step up, and stand proud and confident with who you have become, fully embodying this new way of being. When you stand in your sovereignty, you are living the greatest potential of who you are.
This New Vision card is also giving us a head start, so we can already start preparing for the new year with new vision, new commitment and new purpose.
To kick off this theme this week, start a Vision Board and add to it throughout the month.
What is a Vision Board
A Vision Board is a practical Ritual that clearly defines what you want to achieve in the coming months, using visual imagery. It works best when you know what you want to manifest, but you are not sure how to bring it into reality.
Why Make a Vision Board
When we make a Vision Board we are setting clear intentions to the Universe, using specific images and pictures that clearly define what we want to manifest. There are no timelines on a Vision Board, so patience and trust are required, but things are speeding up on the planet. When your visions are in alignment with your clear intentions, you may see some of them manifesting pretty quickly!
Do the Vision Board with a sense of reverence and respect, so that you take the power of this ritual seriously. Before you begin your Vision Board, spend some time getting clear exactly what you want to create.
Get creative, so if some random desire pops up don’t ignore it. See if you can find an image that resonates with the idea, and stick it on the board.
What you will need:
Magazines, newspapers, catalogues
A sheet of card
Scissors
Glue
Tip: I have found that when I choose two or three particular visions that are tangible and easily translated into a manifestation, eg a bicycle, holiday to a specific place, or somewhere to live, rather than a vision board with abstract aspirations such as world peace, it is easier to see them manifest.
As we step into this final month, may this deep dive into New Vision help, guide and support you to create the life that is aligned with your heart, and who you truly are.Welcome to December
